We ship to addresses within the United States & Territories if needed, at our discretion. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We strive to process and ship orders promptly, but we do not guarantee delivery dates.

Delivery Issues

Vape Shipping is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping unless shipping protection is selected at checkout. If you received your order damaged and have shipping protection, please contact us directly to file a claim. If shipping protection was not selected, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please fill out the request return us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for refund.

Refund/Return Process

To refund your order, go to the main menu or the footer on our homepage and go to the "Track Your Order Status" page. Pick the order you want to refund, and in the top right of the order page, pick "Request Return." Choose the reason why you want to refund it and add notes if optional. We will email you once your request is reviewed and completed.
